New Roof!
Grange Building & Renovation replaced the clay tiles, ridge tiles, lathes etc on our exceedingly long Barn Roof. Mr Paul Melling and his team were punctual, organised, efficient, hardworking, polite and tidy. They attended each day until the work was completed and the finished job is "first class". House Renovation!
Our neighbour recommended Paul of Grange Building and Renovation for a renovation project we needed doing. Paul visited several times prior to commencement to discuss our plans and ideas. He gave us valuable advice and as a result we now have a fantastic new open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. He also did a few other jobs which evolved as the project progressed, and he was very conscientious throughout.
Paul started and finished the project, with help from other trades, without disappearing to do other jobs in between. He was reliable, worked long hours, didn’t take endless tea breaks like some builders, and used high quality materials. He liaised with the building inspector and ensured we were happy with everything as he went along. We think communication is very important and Paul was really good at talking us through it all. We would certainly use Paul again, and would recommend him to anyone wanting a job well done.

Over the previous 10 years Grange Building and Renovation have completed various jobs ranging from extensions, windows and roofing for the properties that I rent out.
All the work is completed to an excellent standard with the highest quality of materials used. Furthermore, the prices are very competitive. Paul is extremely flexible, hardworking and honest and has attended to maintenance issues within a couple of hours which has also included attending during unsocial hours.

Nothing Too Much Trouble! Nothing was too much trouble during our kitchen renovation. Paul was with us every step of the way. Fantastic Finish!
I am extremely pleased with the manner in which the work was carried out and the sheer quality of the finish. Paul was in constant touch prior to undertaking the project and went through every stage of the work involved. We left them to it for a scheduled weeks work and went on holiday. Paul phoned on the last day to say we could return early as everything was complete. It was. New French doors and tiled floors and rooms decorated, along with the additions we threw at him during the planning stage. All were complete and Paul had even gone round and thoroughly cleaned the whole property. It had required the use of many trades to accomplish our requirements and although not all parts of the works undertaken have been listed here it involved plumbers, electricians, brick workers, tilers and painters, all motivated by Paul to produce a faultless result (my wife has OCD but even she was happy to leave the duster in the drawer) An excellent result at a very competitive price, despite my continually increasing his work load. Would not hesitate to recommend his firm.
